We are seeking a PCB assembly technician to work on low volume (1-20) hand assembly of high-temperature circuit boards. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the consistent assembly of through-hole and surface mount devices to 0.025” pitch.  Quality of workmanship, proven experience and reliability are vital as these boards are used in probably the harshest environment on earth.  Experience in working with high-temperature solders (Sn96, Sn05) would be an advantage, but not essential.
Working to a minimum of IPC-A-610 Class C, it will be second nature for the successful candidate to meet client deadlines and he/she will remain calm and effective under pressure.  This challenging role involves working in a small, dynamic team responsible for the complete cycle of low-volume product build, test and sign-off to documented procedures, ensuing quality systems are rigorously adhered to.  Kitting and stock control also form elements of the area of responsibility
