Managing a small but growing development group which encourages individual initiative, the entrepreneurial appointee will assume full responsibility for the successful on-going development of a wide range of oil-well logging equipment, including downhole measuring instruments operating at up to 200°C and 30,000psi, surface equipment and software.

We are seeking a PCB assembly technician to work on low volume (1-20) hand assembly of high-temperature circuit boards. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the consistent assembly of through-hole and surface mount devices to 0.025” pitch.  Quality of workmanship, proven experience and reliability are vital as these boards are used in probably the harshest environment on earth.  Experience in working with high-temperature solders (Sn96, Sn05) would be an advantage, but not essential.

Supervising a small but growing group of highly skilled technicians, producing low volume, capital equipment, the appointee will both contribute to and lead the success of the team, at all times maintaining a focus on client needs.  The successful candidate will relish the challenge and responsibility of meeting or exceeding those needs and routinely beating delivery targets.
